Your Vacation Starts Here
Step 1: Once you exit the airport, call or message us via WhatsApp at +297 6990921.
Step 2: Cross the street once and turn right toward the Grey Hyatt Place Hotel.
Step 3: Walk until you see the Aruba Lions Club sign.
Step 4: Our shuttle will arrive to pick you up and bring you to our home office (just 2 minutes away) to finalize the paperwork.
Luggage Ride Service
If your luggage doesn't fit in the rental car, we offer a dedicated service to transport all your bags from the airport to your stay (or vice-versa) for an additional fee depending on the location.

Reservation Process
Availability: Every request is manually reviewed to ensure vehicle availability.
Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Vehicle Types: Images represent the vehicle class; you will receive the selected model or a similar high-quality alternative.
Seasons & Rates
Low Season: April 20th to December 19th.
Peak High Season: December 20th to January 14th (Daily rates apply; no weekly discounts).
High Season: January 15th to April 19th.

Insurance & Protection
Standard Coverage
Every rental includes
Basic Third-Party Liability Insurance at no extra cost, covering damage to others.
CDW & Theft Protection
Protect yourself against high costs. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft protection limits your financial responsibility to a $750 deductible for the rental car.
Economy & Sedans: $15.00 per day.
SUVs & Jeeps: $30.00 per day.
Important Exclusions
Hit & Run: Not covered with or without insurance; the lessee is fully responsible for all costs.
One-Way Accidents: Driving into a pole, wall, rock, or tree is not covered by any insurance.
Arikok National Park: No insurance coverage is valid for incidents occurring inside the park.
Rental Rules & Fees
Requirements & Age
The minimum age for all rentals is 23 years.
A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Deposits (Required upon Pickup)
Kia Picanto / Hyundai Accent: $200 (Cash or CC).
Kia K3 / Hyundai Sonata: $300 (Cash or CC).
Hyundai Tucson / Jeep Wrangler: $500 (Credit Card only).
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Late Cancellation: Within 48 hours of pickup, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
Service Hours & Fees
Standard Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
Off-Hours Pickup/Drop-off:
Between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM: $20.
Between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: $20.
Between 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM: $30.
Payments
All website rates are based on cash payments. Payments made with Visa or Mastercard will have a 10% surcharge added to the final bill.
On the Road
Roadside Assistance
Locked out, flat tire, or a drained battery?
Call +297 568 6464 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
In a Rush? We can expedite assistance for a fee of $30–$50 depending on the location.
Lost Car Keys: We will provide a spare key as soon as possible. The client is responsible for the cost of the new key, a 1-day time loss fee, and the road service fee ($30–$50).
Fuel & Cleaning
Fuel Policy: All cars use gasoline. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received.
Off-Roading: Heavy off-roading results in a $250 cleaning fee.
Jeep Care: Soft-top Jeep tops must be closed overnight and during rain to avoid interior or electrical damage.
Add-ons (Safety First)
We provide safety seats (subject to availability):
Baby Seat: 0–1 year.
Toddler Seat: 1–4 years.
Booster: 7+ years.
Note: Customers must install seats themselves for liability and safety.
Cruise Guests
Cruise Port Location
We are located directly across from the cruise port gate at the Citgo gas station. While we do not have a physical office at the port, a representative will be ready and waiting for you at the precise time confirmed in your reservation.
Our Cruise Port package is a flat-rate deal including daily fees, late fees, and extra insurance.
